    Is there an easy way to get all of my photos from my app on my phone to my computer? I took my sim card out and put it in the computer, but they aren’t listed in my DCIM folder/Camera folder. Are they stored on my card, or are they online at your server? I tried sending them in batches as e-mail attachments, but can only send 1 at a time for some reason. I’d really like to record them permanently on my computer if possible. Thanks!

      Hi Toni! If you go the app’s settings screen (top right of your profile screen, the three dots icon), you’ll see “Photo settings.” Tap that and you’ll see an option to save photos to phone. If you move that to “YES” then all photos will save to a new “TwoGrand” folder (Android) or to your Camera Roll (iPhone). If the setting is already turned to “YES” then the photos should be saved to your phone! Let us know what you find :).

    Thank you for the reply. Yes, they are saving to my phone. I see them in my Gallery. But when I take the phone’s card out and put it in my computer to copy the TwoGrand images, I can’t find the Two Grand folder to locate the images. Do you know where that folder is on an Android’s card?

      It can vary by Android device, but hopefully there is a “Pictures” folder on the same level as your DCIM folder. If you click into Pictures, there should be a TwoGrand subfolder. Let me know if that does the trick!

      Hi Bill,

      Thanks for reaching out! You can hide your profile from search so that people won’t be able to search and follow you. Go to settings (the gear icon at the top of your profile screen) then to privacy settings. Then hide from search. Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions!

        Thanks for the prompt reply. As I see it, visibility is either global or private, and there is not way to selectively share. Do I have that right?

        As for visibility on the app, if you hide yourself from search only people who know your username can find you and would then be able to follow your posts.
        As the app grows we are considering a feature that will allow only your approved followers to see your posts. For now hiding yourself from search is the way to share your posts to a selective audience.

    Husband needs to turn in his food diary for mandatory weight loss program. Is there a way to download information in a printable format? Even printing photos would be fine. Lemme know! Also, love the new water tracker! I had a new experience with kidney stones and this is a great visual reminder to drink more water.

      It was a bug on our end! Definitely not your fault, and sorry for the inconvenience. We fixed it, and if you try again in the app now, you should be able to find friends via Explore tab search.

    Hi. I downloaded the app yesterday and I think it’s just what I’ve been looking for. In the “what’s new” description in the app store it said “‘No photo’ entries are now beautiful images”, but my no photo entries are still just a blank background. How do I get the images? Thanks!

      Hi Leslie! Welcome to TwoGrand! I checked your profile and it looks like the “text only” images are working properly. It used to be a standard image that’d say “No photo taken” instead of showing you a preview of the caption. That changed with the latest update. If you tap the background color and text color when writing the entry, you can change it between ~8 different colors. Hope this helps!

      Hi Ann! Yes, definitely. If you tap the gear icon that’s below all photos (to the right of the comment/like/favorite icons), you’ll see a menu that includes both edit and delete options.

      Thanks for the kind words, Cindy! Glad you’re digging the app. After reading notifications, they’ll return to the standard white color (vs. being yellow when they are unread). There is no way to delete them right now, however they’re stored on our server so they don’t take up any room on your phone. Would you want to delete them to keep things tidy, or for another reason?     Hello! I was wondering if y’all wou consider adding a calories counting feature? One that u could use or not use depending on the user preference (kinda like the water tracker). I have to admit, I am a calorie counter and this would be helpful. It’s the only thing lacking for me. Otherwise, LOVE ❤️ the app!!! I especially love the new “no pic” feature and water tracker!! Thank u for all the great work!! 😃

      Thanks for the kind words! Glad you’re digging the app. We have several “advanced tracking” features that we are considering. For anyone who tracks a specific aspect of their diet more closely (be it protein, fiber intake, or calories), we’re planning a feature set that’d enable you to do just that. Please stay posted!

      We’re definitely considering this, yes. Step tracking + smart scales + other possible integrations. Hopefully we’ll get at least one out the door in early 2015!

    I want to move towards using the app consistently, but in my work staffroom there’s no internet signal, and the idea of taking a photo and then importing it… if it’s not literally as simple as it could possibly be, I’m not gonna make time for it in between planning lessons and marking books.
    Could you add functionality to save entries locally to my device when I’m offline and upload them all when I’m online again with a one-button click?

        Hi Erin – Still at the top of our list. We spent extra time in Jan and Feb optimizing app performance (plus adding the ability to create your own goals and edit any aspect of previous days). Appreciate you bearing with us. This feature is still a big priority.

    Love the site, I think pics are so very much better than writing lists.

    I have two requests/suggestions. A few of the questions were tough to answer in the profile section bc I don’t eat those foods. For example, the question with the answers pizza, burger, pasta – I don’t eat any of the food listed so picked a random one.

    And about 6 of us are nutritarian eaters and we would love to have that listed as an option. We know you cannot list all the diets out there but thought we would ask.

    Lovin’ the app! Hopefully I’ll keep up in taking pictures of my food. Most of the time it’s already in my mouth when I think of taking the image. Not really tasteful though… 😀

    My question: “On I can see a resume of a day that’s been registrered. But it seems the image only gets created once. I’ve checked the site yesterday at noon, but today, when I check the site for yesterday, it only displays the food I’ve registered until yesterday at noon. Is there a way to refresh the overal image?”

      Hi Boke78! Great that you’re digging the app. I just regenerated your day yesterday for you, so now it shows in full. You’re right that we need to make a change so that the image regenerates on its own if necessary. (Until then, feel free to ping me – – to do it if needed.) Cheers!

    I joined two grand about 4 days ago but still have no followers. How do I get followers?

      Hi Jody! The best way to get followers is to interact with the people you’re following. Likes are good, comments are even better. The support/encouragement is infectious, and you’ll find people starting to follow you back (plus people you don’t know yet seeing your username crop up in comments, visiting your profile, and following you).         Just wondering how the meal finder posts are shuffled.

        For example: I go to breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack and see all the food that people have posted (without any filter), however the dates can be from as early as 8 May.
        Are these randomize?

        And when I turn on ‘Active in last 48hours ‘filter, the posts seem to go way back even further to Feb.

    They’re randomized with some background logic that aims to surface helpful/good-looking meals. And the “active within 48hrs” filter applies to the person, so it’ll only show results from people who’ve used the app in the past two days but may show posts from those people from much earlier.

    Why is the weight feature only in pounds and not in tenths? I am currently using a differt weight tracker and would like to eliminate using two apps. Also, is there a fitness tracker that two grand interfaces with?

      Hi Debra – The inability to insert decimal places is a bug we’ll be fixing soon. Thanks for bearing with us. We don’t directly integrate with any fitness trackers, but tons of TG users take screenshots of their activity summary screens (Fitbit, Jawbone, etc.) and upload to TG via Gallery.
